30 Minute easy chicken stir fry

I love this recipe because it’s quick, easy, is full of veggies and protein and my kids will actually eat it! I will add that the seasoning is a bit high in sodium, so I usually leave a few of the chunks unseasoned or lightly seasoned. If you give it a try, let me know what you think!

10 mins prep time 20 mins cook time

Line baking sheet with foil (for no mess clean up!)

Add desired vegetables-I used broccoli, zucchini, carrots, mushroom, bean & chickpea mix

Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil over vegetables

Add Shake n Bake cut up chicken breast on top

Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 mins

Serve over brown rice for a healthier option, or whatever rice you choose
